Carpenter, artist, puzzle fanatic, wordsmith, computer nut—put them together and you’ll find someone who was destined to plunge headlong into Web development!

Lots of folks create Web sites—anyone can do it if they have the interest and the time! Some turn out great, some turn out not so great! And of course what is “great” to one guy is “not so great” to another—it’s that “eye of the beholder” thing.

My style as an artist is simple and classic—which of course doesn’t preclude “whimsical” or quirky when appropriate. But you won’t find flashy, animated things flying across screens if I have a hand in it. And the colors I surround myself with will be earthy and natural, not the garish neon ones. Just the facts, ma’am, presented in an attractive package which helps to set the tone and complement the content of the site.

If your design philosophy jives with mine, get in touch with me. My reasonable design charges may surprise you. My background keeps me connected to small businesses, non-profits, student groups, and “starving artists” whose budgets are closely watched, but a Web presence is increasingly vital to them—I help get them there at a reasonable price.

I can build you a Web site from scratch—or turn your current “old-school table-based” Web site into a “Web-standards-compliant” site—built the “right way” with validated HTML code for your content and properly constructed cascading style sheets (CSS) defining how each element in your Web site should look.

Take a look at some of the sites I have designed:

Over the years I designed several Web sites for student organizations at UNCG. Most of them now have been required to move to Google Sites, abandoning my original designs, so I have provided links below to archived versions of some of those designs. Information contained in these sites is obviously dated.

If you like my style and need some help with a Web site, get in touch with me through email.

Or could I custom design invitations to a special event for you? A brochure? A party banner? Poster? Flyer? Postcard? I’m not limited to Web-based projects—I love print jobs too!

If you’re interested in knowing more about my graphic design and Web development business or would like to talk about a specific project, simply email me. I’ll respond as quickly as I can!
